CASE 01

Global order management system for a manufacturer

380+ person-months · ongoing Manufacturing Requirements / Ops React / Salesforce
CHALLENGE

With the legacy platform reaching end-of-life, a global manufacturer needed to migrate complex order workflows to a new platform — without compromising the compliance-aware validation required across high transaction volumes, and without disrupting live operations.

BUILD

We re-designed business requirements around existing platform capabilities and built a React + Laravel + Salesforce / Apex stack with extensibility and security at its core. Asynchronous processing was applied to validation logic so compliance checks run without degrading the user experience. Integrations with the legacy and surrounding systems were phased to keep operations stable throughout.

IMPACT

Live since January 2021, the platform has grown to approximately 380 cumulative person-months of ongoing feature development, integration, and operations — supporting the client's global rollout while maintaining compliance integrity at scale.

Pricing and profitability system for a manufacturer

120+ person-months · ongoing Manufacturing Requirements / Ops Salesforce / LWC
CHALLENGE

Product configurations and multi-channel cost data were too complex to manage manually. Pricing decisions and profitability checks relied on spreadsheets and individual expertise, creating inconsistency and operational drag that grew as the product catalogue expanded.

BUILD

We designed and built a pricing and profitability calculation system on Salesforce / Apex + LWC, combining product configuration data with cost structures across distribution channels. Screen design prioritised usability so day-to-day operators could work within familiar workflows, and integrations with surrounding systems were included from the outset.

IMPACT

Live since February 2022, the platform has reached approximately 120 cumulative person-months of ongoing improvement and operations support — reducing manual pricing effort and giving the team a reliable data foundation for profitability decisions.

Mobile app for an IP / entertainment brand

40+ person-months · ongoing IP / Entertainment Requirements / Ops React Native / CMS
CHALLENGE

The client needed a fan club app that unified exclusive content and e-commerce in one place — with content editors able to publish without engineering support, and the architecture reusable across IP properties of different sizes and audiences.

BUILD

We built a headless CMS (Drupal) + commerce (Magento) stack feeding a React Native app, enabling non-technical editors to author members-only articles and products directly. A shared identity layer across IP properties allows the architecture to be extended without rebuilding from scratch.

IMPACT

Live since September 2022, the platform has grown to approximately 40 cumulative person-months of ongoing feature additions and operations — cutting content publish lead times and supporting expansion across multiple IP properties at varying scales.

Commerce platform for a retailer

70 person-months · completed Retail Requirements / Ops Salesforce / AWS
CHALLENGE

A retailer managing millions of SKU combinations had no automated path from their core ERP to the commerce layer — product registration was manual, error-prone, and couldn't keep pace with catalogue changes. Order and fulfilment data was equally disconnected.

BUILD

We designed and built a Java / AWS pipeline that converts core ERP product data into Salesforce Commerce records and registers them automatically. Asynchronous processing in the commerce layer keeps the shopper experience responsive, while a bidirectional integration handles order and fulfilment data flow between systems.

IMPACT

The platform went live in January 2022 and reached stable operations by September 2023 — approximately 70 person-months end-to-end. Manual product registration effort was eliminated, and the fulfilment integration reduced operational overhead across the logistics workflow.
