We're looking for engineers and consultants who have led projects as a PM or PL. You'll get to apply technical depth, client-facing instinct, and your ability to drive a project through to completion. Bring your specialty — let's shape the next step of your career together.
PM / PL experience from engineering domains outside system development is welcome too.
If you have system development experience and want to step into PM / PL — also welcome.
What you'll do
- System consulting engagements with our clients
- Full-cycle delivery: requirements, design, and development
- Driving and managing projects end to end
What you bring
- Approximately 3+ years of hands-on experience in PM or SI roles
- Experience designing and building systems
- Operations experience with AIOps or other AI tooling
- Direct client-facing experience

How we work
- Employment Mid-career hire / Full-time, permanent
- Probation 6 months (no change to compensation during this period)
- Experience Approximately 3+ years of hands-on experience in PM, SI, or engineering (consulting or SI backgrounds welcome)
- Working hours Flextime (core hours 11:00–15:00) / Discretionary work system for off-site assignments

Expected 120+ days off per year / Two-day weekends (Sat, Sun & public holidays) / Precious Person Day — one day off per year to take freely for someone who matters to you

Compensation
Annual salary approx. JPY 4.8M–6.0M (monthly base around JPY 400,000) / Annual bonus and salary review

English requirements vary by role; visa support may be discussed where applicable.
